Boiler Dead Air Space Sealing

ISOMEMBRANE^® is a maintenance-free alternative to refractory and weld repairs and is expected to last the life of the tubes. Successful applications include: crown seals, header penetrations, casing cracks, chill tubes, feed chutes and overfire air penetrations.

Expansion Joint Encapsulation

ISOMEMBRANE^® in-situ manufactured expansion joints are comprised of multiple components, built and installed in layers that combine to optimize sealing. Due to better multi-plane movement tolerances and high sustained operating temperature (982C), ISOMEMBRANE^® has demonstrated to be a longer lasting solution than OEM type joints.
